On signup using the Zelle mobile app the app reports the error "For security reasons you have been logged out." Called customer support and was told that VOIP numbers are not supported. Banks/credit unions that support Zelle natively may not have a phone number requirement so you may still be able to use Zelle in this case without a phone number. |
